We’re proud to be part of the global Technogen network, a group of independent consulting firms that help businesses navigate challenges across technology, operations, governance, risk, and internal audit. This policy applies to all our websites, services, and interactions where your data may be involved.
Why We Collect Your Information
To serve you better, we may need to collect some personal information, things like your name, contact details, education or work history, or identification documents. This helps us deliver recruitment, training, and advisory services that are tailored to your needs.
Sometimes, we also receive data from your employer (for training purposes), partner portals, or public sources with your consent. If you choose not to share certain information, it may limit our ability to provide the full range of services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data for a range of purposes, to match you with relevant job opportunities, enrol you in training programs, respond to your queries, and improve our services. You may also hear from us about updates, upcoming events, or career-related resources. Always with the option to opt out.
Your information may also be used for internal analysis, compliance with legal obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse of our services.
Working with Employers and Partners
If you’re attending a training program through your employer, both we and your employer may act as independent controllers of your data. That means both parties may use and manage your data responsibly and in accordance with the law.
Rest assured, your training records and personal details will only be shared with your employer and with service providers who help us deliver the training experience.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We don’t hold on to your data longer than necessary. If you’ve been placed successfully or your training is complete, your information will either be deleted or anonymised. Unless we’re legally required to retain it for a longer period.
Who We Share Your Information With
We don’t sell your data. But we do work with trusted service providers who help us deliver what we promise. This includes everything from processing payments and supporting our website to running events and campaigns.
If you attend a co-hosted webinar or download a sponsored resource, we may share your registration data with the partner organisation. But only if you’ve given your clear consent.
We may also share data if we’re required to by law or if there’s a legal obligation to protect our users and our platform.
Your Privacy Rights
You always have control over your data. You can ask us to share what we’ve collected, correct it if something’s inaccurate, delete it when it’s no longer needed, or even move it to another platform.
To make any such request, just write to us at privacy@technogenindia.com and we’ll take it from there. We might still need to retain some information for legal reasons, but we’ll be transparent about it.
